How to browse network

Network of genes, transcription factors and miRNAs in regulatory mechanism in Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

Types of network

Their are two types of network available,

1. Regulatory networks
   • Set A genes regulatory networks
   • Set Bgenes regulatory networks

Usage of instruction:

Network graph highly dynamics with multiple function enabled

1. Mouseover enabled tooltip which displays the information of node status and network properties.
2. Triangle shaped red and green represented downregulated and upregulated miRNAs in IPF.

Square shape represent the transcription factor nodes, blue colour node represent upregulated TF and orange colour node represent downregulated TF.

Network browse options:

Network graph highly dynamics with multiple function enabled

1. Right side panel with input tag use for node search in graph.
2. Single click event for node to performed the pathway and gene enrichment.
3. Locate IPF involved miRNAs and TF regulated potential feed forward loops(FFLs) in network graph.
4. Double click event to get only sub graph network or hub connected with nodes.
5. Network properties table tab upper panel.
