I am interested to work over sequence analysis, noncoding RNAs. It looks interesting to me to study how various components of a system can be given birth and as well as death to an entire circuit through Computational Biology/Bioinformatics based study and research. I am also interested in working with Next Generation Sequencing, Machine Learning and developing tools under Linux environment and perform system control.
Area of specialization:
miRNA target prediction, De novo transcriptome Assembly, Next Generation sequencing data analysis.
